Each of our consultants is an expert in their chosen recruitment sector and has an in depth, up to date knowledge of that industry.

We conduct structured interviews and/ or meetings with all of our candidates to fully understand recent work history, current situation and career aspirations so we can tailor our service accordingly.

For candidates who are either out of work or looking for a new role with immediate effect, Catalyst's Proactive Search will provide effective marketing to an agreed list of target clients.
 
     
Reactive Search:
For individuals who are reasonably content in their current roles but who don't feel they can fulfil their career ambitions with their current employer, Reactive Search will keep you up to date with current roles that could help you realise your full potential.
 
     

Career Consultancy:

At Catalyst Executive Search we understand the value of investing in every candidate to ensure you realise your full potential and career aspirations. Our Career Consultancy programme offers all our candidates free, impartial advice on a range of issues.

Services include:

  • Benchmarking salaries
